So, they prefer brands that apply sustainable packaging practices to deliver the products. So, Kratom sellers need to incorporate these things into their packaging solutions as well. This means the use of eco-friendly materials like Kraft, cardboard, etc., to make the boxes of these products. The more concern sellers show towards the environment, the more customers they will get in return.

    A seller who is not available on digital platforms is considered a scam. So, sellers need to invest their resources in proper e-commerce practices. They have to build their digital assets or run informational blogs to spread awareness about their products.
